By booking any trek, tour, or adventure package with BlissCamp India (referred to as “we”, “our”, “us”), you (the “Participant”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. This agreement forms a legally binding contract between the Participant and BlissCamp India.

1. Acceptance of Risk & Participant Responsibility

• Trekking involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, altitude sickness, accidents, natural disasters, or loss of life.

• The Participant acknowledges these risks and assumes full responsibility for their personal safety, health, and fitness.

• The Participant has to disclose any relevant medical or psychological conditions before booking. BlissCamp India takes reasonable safety measures, but cannot guarantee a risk-free experience.

2. Booking & Payment

• Booking confirmation implies full acceptance of these terms.

• Please verify all trip details, including dates and personal information, during booking.

• Payments must follow the schedule and manner specified by BlissCamp India. Late payments may lead to booking cancellations without refund.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

To request a cancellation, please email us at info@blisscampindia.com using the email address associated with your registered account.

Cancellations Made 30 Days or More Before Trip Start Date

• 50% refund of the total amount will be processed.

• Or an option to transfer your booking to a future trek date within one year, or to another person.

Cancellations Made 15–30 Days Before Trip Start Date

• 25% refund of the total amount will be processed.

• Or the option to transfer your booking to a future trek date within one year, or to another person.

Cancellations Made 0–15 Days Before Trip Start Date

• No refund will be given.

• Or an option to transfer your booking to another person for the same trek and batch date (subject to availability).

Operator-Initiated Cancellations

• If BlissCamp India cancels the trek due to unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund will be issued.

• You may also opt to transfer your booking to a future trek date.

Emergency Cases

In case of a death in the immediate family or hospitalisation (minimum 48 hours) of the trekker within a week before the trek start date, BlissCamp India will provide:

• 90% refund in cash and 10% as a voucher (valid for 1 year, for any trek).

• Medical documents will be required for processing.

Notes

• Date changes are subject to availability.

• If transferring your booking to another person, the replacement trekker must meet all eligibility and fitness requirements set by BlissCamp India.

• BlissCamp India reserves the right to update or modify these policies without prior notice.

4. Travel Insurance

• Comprehensive travel insurance covering high-altitude trekking, evacuation, medical emergencies, and cancellations is mandatory.

• If you fail to arrange insurance, we may provide a third-party policy at your expense. BlissCamp India holds no responsibility for issues arising due to a lack of insurance.

5. Documentation & Permits

• Participants must submit all required IDs, permits, and documents before departure.

• BlissCamp India is not liable for cancelled services due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

6. Participant Conduct & Group Regulations

• Respect local culture, wildlife, environmental norms, and fellow trekkers at all times.

• Inappropriate behaviour (e.g., harassment, property damage, rule violations) may result in immediate expulsion from the trek without refund.

7. Promotional Use

• By trekking with us, you grant BlissCamp India permission to use photos and videos taken during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes.

• If you wish to opt out, please notify us at the time of booking.

8. Force Majeure & Itinerary Changes

• BlissCamp India reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, natural hazards, logistics, or safety concerns.

• We are not responsible for additional costs incurred due to schedule revisions caused by events beyond our control.

9. Liability Limitations

• BlissCamp India’s liability is limited to direct damages covered by applicable law.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses like loss of income, travel delays, or personal belongings.

10. Indemnification

The Participant agrees to hold BlissCamp India and its affiliates harmless against any liability, claim, or loss related to their trek or actions while participating.

11. Relationship & Legal Jurisdiction

• This agreement does not create any partnership or agency relationship between you and BlissCamp India.

• It is governed by Indian law, and any disputes will be exclusively handled by courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

12. Modification of Terms

BlissCamp India reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
